Our B2L Legacy Initiative is establishing Restorative Practices Action Committees (RPAC) at our partner schools in the Federal Way Public School District and Washington State Charter Schools Association. Build 2 Lead Developed this initiative with the goal of building accountability in discipline processes in our schools and communities.
Our RPAC (Restorative Practices Action Committees) and our YEC (Youth Executive Committee, student leaders from our "Civic Champions" Program) will join together to build solutions around restorative practices in schools.
