In partnership with ROOTS of Success, Closing the G.A.P. provides students ages 16-24 with access to over 100 hours of work development training. With a focus on green jobs, students graduate with resumes, interview experience, business plans, and industry credentials. Outcomes include school completion (high school diploma or equivalent), retaining a job, and enrollment into post-secondary education or advanced training. Students learn:

Our next cohort of closing the G.A.P will begin soon and we have openings for our community based cohort which will be held at the Federal Way Community Center.
Incentives for students in the program include a $100 Visa gift card and a $150 resource stipend
