The P.O.W.E.R Council has officially fished Phase 1 of it's strategic plan and is moving into Phase 2! We are truly excited for what's coming up next!
The P.OW.E.R. Partners convened at Cedarbrook Lodge on June 7th for our annual Partners Retreat! We embarked on strategic planning that included:
Creating an internal governance structure
Developing in-roads to executive level introductions with our partner organizations for B2L
Developing a P.O.W.E.R Listening session report including data collected from the community through listening sessions and community engagement
Create data-informed recommendations for a variety of stakeholders
As the P.O.W.E.R. Partners continue to meet, we will be using what we gained from the retreat to begin forming committees, creating a solid governance structure, and revising the report with an anticipated final draft being complete by Sept. of 2024.
